Fees and payment

The deadline for early registration and payment is March 15th, 2012.
The deadline for late registration is May 21st, 2012.

The registration fees include all workshop documents, coffee breaks, lunches, excursions and gala dinner.

Registration fees are payable to the Conference organiser by bank transfer to the following account with your registration code, name, organisation and the mention "EPCN2012".

Cancellations: by e-mail (epcn2012@remove-this.lippmann.lu) before May 1st, 2012. Refunds are subject to a 50 € handling fee. No refund after May 1st, 2012. Registration may be transferred to another member of your organization.

If the conference is cancelled for whatever reasons, fees will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded
