About the conference
The 5th EPCN Conference « Little things mean a lot: understanding the role of ponds in a changing world » will be held in Luxembourg from June 4th to June 8th 2012
The conference will take place in the prestigious Neumünster Abbey (www.ccrn.lu) located in the historical centre of Luxembourg City.
Continuing the series of EPCN conferences, it will provide researchers, managers and other stakeholders with the most recent knowledge and data about the various aspects of pond ecology, protection and management.
The program will include keynote lectures, podium and poster sessions covering the multi-faceted aspects of knowledge about ponds. Several specialised workshops will be held in order to exchange views on policy, interactions with the landscape and practical considerations about pond management.
We hope that the Scientific Program will allow all delegates to participate in creative discussions whilst also enjoying our beautiful city, its people and its surroundings.
